Motorola had a busy day today. The company officially presented as many as four new mid-sized Moto G series. Meet Moto G13, Moto G23, Moto G53 and Moto G73 and budget Moto E13!
All models share the style characteristic of the latest Motorola smartphones, all also feature the Android 13 operating system with a light MyUX interface. It resembles raw Android, but contains some practical additions from the manufacturer. However, the system is not the only common feature of the new models...
Motorola Moto G13
Motorola Moto G13 is the cheapest model in the new series. It has a 6.5-inch IPS HD+ screen with 90 Hz image refresh rate, 400 nits brightness and Panda Glass. There is a hole in the screen for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera is based on a 50-megapixel main matrix, next to which two 2-megapixel cameras for macro and background blurring have been added, so that the whole thing does not look too modest. The heart of the smartphone is the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, combined with 4+64 or 4+128 GB memories, and the whole is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 10- or 20-watt charging (depending on the market). The flash memory can be enlarged with a microSD card, and the smartphone's equipment also includes, among others: stereo speakers, fingerprint readers, NFC or FM radio, as well as Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 5. This model is offered for 180 euros, and its dimensions and weight are 162.7x74.66x8.19 mm and 183.45 g.

Motorola Moto G23
Motorola Moto G23 is a little more expensive, but still the entry-level model of the new Moto G series. It received a similar 6.5-inch IPS HD+ 90 screen Hz and the same processor as the Moto G13, i.e. MediaTek Helio G85, supported by 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of flash memory. The smartphone also has a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, but charging with a power of 30 W. In the photographic part we will find a 16-megapixel selfie camera, as well as a rear camera with 50+5+2 Mpx matrices. Unlike the Moto G13, the useless background blurr has been replaced here with a more useful wide-angle camera. Just like in the model positioned below, there are two speakers, a minijack or NFC. The smartphone is offered in three colour versions, at a price of 200 euros. This model measures 162.7 x 74.66 x 8.19 mm and weighs 18.25 g.

Motorola Moto G53
Motorola Moto G53 received a similar display - unfortunately, it is still an LCD matrix with HD+ resolution, but the added value in this case is the refresh rate of the image raised to 120 Hz. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 480+ processor, combined with 4+128 GB memories, of course with the option of expansion. Power is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 10- or 18-watt charging (depending on the region, with us - 10 W), and selfie - an 8-megapixel front camera, hidden in a screen hole. The rear camera is simple but decent - a 50-megapixel with a 2-megapixel background blurr. The equipment is complemented by stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, NFC and dualSIM. In fact, it is practically the same smartphone that has been available since December offered in China, but in the weakest memory version, but in the "European", higher price. The dimensions of this model are 162.7x74.66x8.19 mm, and the weight is 183 g. The price is 250 euros, and there are three housing colours to choose from.

Motorola Moto G73
Motorola Moto G73 is the largest, best equipped, but unfortunately also the most expensive model in the new series. In his case, a 6.5-inch Full HD+ screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz was used, but unfortunately still in LCD technology. The heart of this smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor with 6+128 or 8+256 GB memories, and the power supply is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 30-watt charging. The Motorola Moto G73 model took over the main camera from the smaller Moto G53 - but the set was enlarged by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with a field of view of 118 degrees. The smartphone measures 161.42x73.84x8.29 mm and weighs 181 g. You have to pay 300 for the Moto G73 euros, and there are two housing colours to choose from.

Motorola Moto E13
In addition to the new Moto G series, we welcome the cheapest of the new models, the budget Motorola Moto E13. It also uses an IPS screen with HD+ resolution (but with a size of 6.53"), and the processor is Unisoc Tiger T606. The bottleneck of this smartphone will certainly be memory. The manufacturer provided only 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB for data (although with space for microSD), which will be a significant limitation, even when working on the "light" Android Go system. Power - invariably - provides a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh - although this time with only a 10-watt charge. This model is cheap, so the photographic set is modest. There is a 5-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera. The device measures 164.2x74.9x8.5 mm and weighs 190 g, and its price is 120 euros.
