Vivo presented its flagship smartphone series - Vivo X100 - in China. What do the new Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro and the Vivo Watch 3 that debuted with them?
Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro are based on MediaTek processors Dimensity 9300 and have 6.78-inch AMOLED screens with a 2K resolution (2800x1260), an image refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. There are holes in the screens for 32-megapixel GD2 selfie cameras (f/2.0), and fingerprint readers are hidden lower under the screens. The smartphones also have triple (though different) cameras, as well as fast charging, similar styling and IP68-certified seals. The equipment also includes Hi-Fi stereo speakers. Both models run on the Android 14 operating system with the Origin OS 4 interface. The smartphones use LPDDR5X and UFS4.0 memories, but in addition, the manufacturer also offers a variant with new LPDDR5T memories in the top lineup.

The Vivo X100 uses a 50-megapixel IMX920 main camera with an excellent f/1.57 aperture, optical image stabilization and a 1/1.49" matrix. as well as another 50-megapixel JN1 camera - but with a wide-angle f/2.0 lens with a field of view of up to 150 degrees and a macro function. The set is complemented by a 64-megapixel OV64B camera with an f/2.57 telephoto lens and a 1/2" matrix, and image processing is handled by dedicated V2 chip. Vivo X100 Pro also has three cameras - but different, they are all 50-megapixel. The main IMX989 has a 1/0.98" matrix, a new T* coating on the glasses, optical image stabilization and an f/1.75 aperture. The 1/2.76" JN1 wide-angle camera has an f/2.0 aperture, while the OV64B 1/2" telephoto camera has a periscope lens with f/2.5 aperture, giving a lossless 4.3x zoom and equipped with optical image stabilization. This model also benefits from a larger battery - 5400 mAh, but with slower, 100-watt charging. As a consolation - there is a 50-watt induction . Here are the versions and prices:

Vivo Watch 3 has a classic shape and a round display with a diameter of 1.43 inches and a resolution of 466x466 pixels, with convex glass and a rotating crown for menu navigation. The heart of the watch is the BES2700BP processor, supported by 64 MB RAM and 4 GB flash memory. Power is provided by a 505 mAh battery. The watch supports the eSIM standard, so it also has a microphone and speaker for making calls. It also received a pulse oximeter - so it offers functions typical of smartwatches. There are two styling options to choose from, with a silicone or imitation leather strap, and versions with or without eSIM:
