Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 will gain a successor this month, once again showing that not only flagship smartphones deserve a stylus. Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 also has another element known mainly from more expensive devices.
We are talking about wireless charging - the battery, as usual, has a capacity of 5000 mAh, but it can be charged wired with a power of 30 W (slightly faster than the previous model), as well as inductively with a power of 15 W. So it is not a dizzying speed, but it can definitely make your life easier.
The display is also a big change for the better - this time, instead of LCD, we get a 6.7-inch pOLED screen with FHD+ resolution in 20:9 ratio, with 10-bit color and 120 Hz refresh rate, covered with Gorilla Glass 3. On the back we have a casing made of vegan leather with a hydrophobic structure, but the water resistance of the entire smartphone is only IP52, so it's better not to risk getting it wet. The stylus has also been improved, with a larger contact surface and reduced lag. Along with it, the software has also been improved, simplifying note-taking and refreshing the interface giving access to the stylus function.

As far as other parameters are concerned, there are no major changes - the smartphone is again powered by the mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, accompanied by 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded to 2 TB using a memory card microSD. The operating system is Android 14, and we also have NFC, 3.5 mm minijack, USB-C in the USB 2.0 standard, Wi-Fi 5 GHz and Bluetooth 5.1. For photos, there is a main camera with a resolution of 50 Mpx with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a wide-angle camera of 13 Mpx f/2.2 with a viewing angle of 120°, and a front selfie camera of 32 Mpx f/2.4. You won't find useless cameras here!
Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G will be available in two memory variants and two color options - red Scarlet Wave and beige Caramel Latte. On May 30, the smartphone will debut in the USA, and its price will be $399.99, or approximately €370.
