The local Motorola model debuted in the USA. The local Motorola Edge (2024) is more or less equivalent to the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion - but with weaker specifications!
Although it doesn't happen often, the American model is weaker than the one available in Europe. Motorola Edge (2024) and Motorola Edge 50 Fusion have the same processors - Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 - and 5000 mAh batteries with 68-watt charging. Cameras are also the same. The main one is 50-megapixel with optical image stabilization, the wide-angle one with macro option is 13-megapixel, and the front one is 32-megapixel. The smartphones also share additional equipment, such as stereo speakers, an under-screen fingerprint reader or NFC, eSIM support, as well as an IP68 tightness class. The appearance of the housing is also similar.

However, Motorola Edge (2024) has less memory than "our" model - 8+256 GB (LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2). The American variant also has a different display - a smaller, 6.6-inch pOLED with Full HD+ resolution, with lower brightness - 1,300 nits instead of 1,600 - and with an older generation of glass - Corning Gorilla Glass 3 instead of 5. However, it managed to maintain quite high image refresh rate, 144 Hz. The American model also has additions not available in the Edge 50 Fusion - 15-watt inductive charging and an additional, configurable button. Despite all this, the US model is more expensive than "ours". Motorola Edge (2024) costs $550, while Motorola Edge 50 Fusion costs 350 euros, which is 380 dollars.
