Huawei Mate 70 and Huawei Mate X6 that's not all - in addition to the new flagship smartphones, a tablet is also making its debut.
Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 We saw it at the end of 2023, and the new model has a similar name and quite similar parameters. The difference is made by, among other things, the operating system HarmonyOS Next based on HarmonyOS 4.3 with the Xiaoyi AI assistant based on the Pangu language model capable of conducting natural conversations. The processor may also be new - as usual, there is no official information about it, but the old Kirin 9000S model may be replaced by the new Kirin 9100 or Kirin 9020. Officially, the manufacturer boasts that the MatePad Pro 13.2 (2024) distributes heat 30% more effectively than its predecessor.

Another novelty is the screen - the tablet can be purchased in a standard variant, or in the Clear Soft Light Screen version, with a display covered with a nanomagnetic coating that reduces reflections. Either way, it is a 13.2-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1920 px with a brightness of 1000 nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. At the top of the screen there is an elongated notch with a 16 Mpx f/2.2 front camera, and at the back we will see an island inspired by Huawei Mate 70 smartphones. Its equipment is of course much more modest, but quite good for a tablet - there is a 50 Mpx f/1.8 main camera and an 8 Mpx f/2.2 wide-angle camera. There is also a capacious 10100 mAh battery, charging from 0% to 80% in 40 minutes.
The standard version of the MatePad Pro 13.2 will go on sale on December 15, in 12/256 GB and 12/512 GB variants, and its price will start at 5199 yuan (approx. $720, €685). The MatePad Pro 13.2 Soft Light edition will go on pre-order on December 12, with 12/256GB, 12/512GB and 16GB/1TB variants, with the cheapest variant priced at 5,799 yuan ($800, €760).
