Night vision cameras are nothing new in ruggedized smartphones, but Fossibot F107 Pro promises to bring something new to the table.
Fossibot F107 Pro is the first smartphone equipped with a Starlight Night Vision camera. Unlike conventional night vision cameras that use infrared and produce black and white photos, Starlight Night Vision allows for color photography. According to the manufacturer, this camera can take color photos in virtually complete darkness, with light levels as low as 0.0005 lux. It supposedly captures even the smallest points of light, such as stars, capturing images with a lens with an excellent f/1 aperture and a highly sensitive AX620Q sensor. It's therefore intended as a device for travelers photographing at night or in caves.
In addition to this camera, the Fossibot F107 Pro also features a 200-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.4" Samsung S5KHP3SP03 sensor and an f/1.95 aperture. Next to it, there's a wide-angle camera with a macro function, with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor and an f/1.79 aperture. On the front, there's also a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 selfie camera - but neither has optical image stabilization, only digital EIS. The smartphone's heart is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, supported by 12+512 GB of memory, which can be expanded - virtually RAM and flash - with a memory card. microSD.

The smartphone has a 6.95-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a brightness of only 530 nits. However, this doesn't necessarily translate to the device's dimensions (190.1 x 90.6 x 39.95 mm), as this is a rugged smartphone with MIL-STD-810H durability certification, IP68 and IP69K water resistance, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Another highlight of the device is its record-breaking 28,000 mAh battery, providing up to 30 days of standby time or 215 hours of talk time. The battery charges at 66 W and can act as a 10-watt power bank. Unfortunately, you might not be allowed on a plane with this smartphone, precisely because of its large battery capacity. The icing on the cake There's an LED flashlight with a range of 50 meters. The smartphone has NFC, global 5G bands, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and Android 15. This unusual device is priced at $550.
