A few months ago, the first Nothing on-ear headphones debuted, and now the independent brand CMF has unveiled their more affordable counterpart – the CMF Headphone Pro.
While other manufacturers opt for a minimalist design with touch controls, CMF focuses on practical mechanical buttons. The CMF Headphone Pro offers a wealth of functionality – the volume knob can also be pressed to pause a track, and held to turn active noise cancellation (ANC) on or off. There's also an Energy Slider, an additional knob that controls... the bass or treble levels. There's also a multi-function button that can enable surround sound, start a voice memo, or activate ChatGPT. The functionality of the button and additional knob can be customized using the headphones' accompanying app.
The CMF Headphone Pro features 40mm audio drivers with 16.5mm copper voice coils. They also support the high-quality LDAC codec and are Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified. Sound quality is further enhanced by the Personal Sound Profile feature, co-developed with Audiodo, which adjusts sound settings to the user's ears. The CMF Headphone Pro's battery also performs very well, offering 50 hours of use with active noise cancellation, or 100 hours without ANC. In this respect, it compares favorably with the more expensive Nothing Headphone (1), which offers 35 or 80 hours of use with or without ANC.

The new headphones are available in light green, light gray, and dark gray, and their earpads can be replaced with light green or orange, the signature CMF color. The CMF Headphone Pro is priced quite affordable in Europe – £80 or €100, which translates to approximately 430 PLN, and additional earpads can be purchased for £20 or €25.
