As every year, Samsung introduced a local version of its foldable smartphone, Galaxy Z Fold7, to the Chinese market – under the name Samsung W26.
Technically, Samsung W26 is practically identical to Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with LPDDR5 and UFS 4.0 memory, and is powered by a 4400 mAh battery with 25W charging and induction. The foldable's external screen measures 6.5 inches and has a Full HD+ resolution. The internal screen is 8 inches with a resolution of 2184x1968 pixels. Both screens use Dynamic AMOLED 2X technology and offer refresh rates ranging from 1 to 120 Hz. The smartphone also has two 10-megapixel selfie cameras: a 200-megapixel main camera with optical stabilization, a 10-megapixel camera with a 3x telephoto lens (also with OIS), and a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera. Everything runs Android 16 with One UI 8.
