A smartphone from the Vivo sub-brand, the iQOO Neo 11, has debuted in China. This model boasts almost flagship, though not quite, specifications.
iQOO Neo 11 is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, supported by LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1 memory, and cooled by a large vapor chamber – promising truly excellent performance. The powerful processor is accompanied by a 6.82-inch AMOLED 8T LTPO display with a high resolution of 3168x1440 pixels and an equally high refresh rate of 144 Hz. The screen features 10-bit color, a 1.4mm bezel, and up to 4500 nits of brightness. An ultrasonic fingerprint reader is hidden beneath the screen. There's also a solid 7500 mAh battery with fast 100-watt charging. The four-color case features a metal frame and IP68/IP69 waterproofing. There are also stereo speakers. So far, it's flagship-grade—but I used the phrase "almost" in the introduction... Why?
iQOO Neo 11 isn't a full-blown flagship, as evidenced by the cameras. The setup starts with a 16-megapixel selfie camera, while the main camera is a 50-megapixel Sony LYT700V module. It's also complemented by a simple 50-megapixel wide-angle camera. As usual with models for the Chinese market, there are plenty of storage options to choose from:
- 12 + 256 GB - 2599 yuan, $365
- 16 + 256 GB - 2899 yuan, $410
- 12 + 512 GB - 2999 yuan, $425
- 16 + 512 GB - 3299 yuan, $465
- 16 GB + 1 TB - 3799 yuan, $535
