I own a CAT S62Pro. It worked for about fifteen months. It turned off once and after two hours it turned on. The next day it stopped working. The service center determined that the motherboard and display were bent. The warranty repair was not accepted. The phone is suitable for construction needs but its durability is terrible. By buying this phone you do not have a warranty. Because the service center will not recognize it anyway.

The phone is very slow. It has already happened to me several times that it decided to turn off for no reason. Every time I want to start it again, I have to connect it to the charger socket, even though it is charged. The thermal camera is a nice feature, but the entire appeal of this feature is ruined by the fact that it does not work smoothly. The phone is, as a matter of fact, durable (after a year of use, only 2 scratches on the screen). A definite plus for my usage (YouTube, Facebook, without gaming because I do not play games) is the battery life. It easily lasts the whole day. Overall, I was attracted to this phone due to my work conditions. This is my first and last CAT. The fact that the Huawei P20 pro is extremely fast compared to this phone (my previous phone, although a good 5 years separate them) is a sufficient reason why I will decline this brand for my next choice.

I have been using the phone for 3 years.
Minus stripped: the speaker started crackling after half a year, the warranty was not recognized; after 2 years, there was a problem with the charging port, the warranty was not recognized. Generally, there are issues with the service. The camera is not impressive, but in the end, it is acceptable.
Plus points: the phone has never frozen, it works quite smoothly, it is super durable, it has fallen on concrete hundreds of times, it is dented on every side and there is only one scratch on the screen; however, after 3 years of falls, I think it has lost its seal because while swimming with the phone in the pool, the front and back cameras fog up, but the phone continues to work.
I am a professional driver, so the phone is used all day for navigation, calls, music, and the internet. Zero problems with the battery; there were 2 situations when the phone heated up significantly and turned off, but the temperature in Arab countries was 48'C. The battery lasts the whole day, but when it was new, it lasted 2 days, so I consider that quite good.
All the phones I had previously (about 20 different ones, all high-end flagships) never lasted a year, although in every case they were replaced with a newer or different model.
Examples: Motorola phones froze and turned off, LG caught fire, Samsung screens experienced burn-in and sometimes could not be turned on, Sony batteries swelled and the phones froze and could not be turned on, Huawei batteries swelled and currently there is no Android, Nokia housing elements fell off and detached, there was a lack of updates and the Symbian system, Hammer was a failure to put it that way, iPhone was extremely fragile and literally cracked in the pocket, with parts more expensive than a new device; and the Cat s62pro is the only phone where the service always claimed it was the user's fault, with zero negotiation.
In summary: the phone I have stayed with the longest is not worth this price (in 2020 2700pln), bought out of curiosity, especially for the thermal imaging which I use practically every day, and I will probably consider it if the Cat s63 comes out, but in terms of extreme conditions, there is not much competition.

I have read all the reviews. I waited over a year to post my own. And unfortunately, most of the described flaws of the phone are confirmed in my case as well. Additionally, there is the screen insensitivity- sometimes you have to "swipe" several times with your finger to answer a call. Furthermore, there is a clear drop in battery capacity after a year of use. With the hotspot turned on and only about two hours of use, the battery does not last 10 hours. The top menu jumping góra - dół is a common occurrence. It can turn off or reset itself. The sound from a recording of a moving car during playback resembles flushing water in a toilet. The front camera is extremely poor. 4K video from the rear camera is weak. It can only be praised for its durability. In a moment of weakness resulting from the poor quality of this phone, I threw it with all my strength onto concrete. It landed on its corner. Although shattered, it continues to work. Overall, I do not recommend it, just as I do not recommend anything English. It is not worth the money paid.

I have been using it for three years. It has fallen to the ground about 1000 times, often from a height of over a meter, and nothing happened, zero damage. The phone is used as a business device in construction-related work, subjected to heavy use, often dirty and wet. And it performs perfectly. Regarding problems, I experienced a few after updates, but they were short-lived. I did not overload the phone with unnecessary applications, so it operates smoothly. Overall, for my industry, it is an excellent phone. Thermal imaging works better than in cameras costing between 4000 and 6000 Polish zloty.

I do not recall any accident with the phone, but after about 3 months the speaker started crackling, and later there was a problem with the signal. Warranty claim - and it was said to be bent, and not accepted. After removing the case and protective glass, it is in perfect condition, not even a tiny scratch. And there is a problem with charging, with the port. Overall, it is a low-quality product, I could pay 1000 for a new device, I will not buy it again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Now I am looking for a motherboard for this low-quality device.

This is a product of exceptionally poor quality; one could easily buy two cheap smartphones and not take care of them. They would last longer and function without issues. The performance is unreliable even when using navigation. The battery ceases to function at 70%, or rather, the phone shuts down. I have been using it as a work phone for two years while simultaneously using a private Samsung phone for 900 PLN with which I have no particular problems. CAT is a device of very poor quality; do not purchase it.

I used the phone for about two years. I bought it with the thought that it would definitely fall more than once. And it handles that well. I once left it on the roof of a car and drove away. It was found after 2 days and worked for over a year, until one day it did not turn on. After one of the falls, the fingerprint reader stopped working, but for what it was created for, it is a very durable device. The thermal camera is also okay. Overall, I recommend it.

I used this phone for two years and the only thing I can say is that it has only negative sides, the IP 68/IP 69 water resistance would require that the phone should work after 10 minute submersion but unfortunately that did not happen and the phone ceased to function. The system works sluggishly, the camera is quite weak, the only advantage of this phone is the thermal imaging camera.

The phone is terrible. I have my second CAT S62 Pro because I need an infrared camera for work. It is durable, I agree- probably the most on the market. But both models are the same, it constantly freezes, closes applications for no reason, once a week it turns off despite a full battery and you have to plug in the charger for 3s so that it starts. It is not worth the stress.
