Great first impression. In terms of speed and operation, the phone is absolutely excellent. The vibrant screen also made a very positive impression. The camera is not at all as weak as one might see in the opinions of some other users (or rather, their pessimistic predictions of failure). Perhaps the criteria are set very high? For the average user, the quality of photos (64 MPx) and videos (in 4K) is certainly absolutely sufficient. OIS combined with a powerful processor performs well. The battery lasts a long time, and charging is truly fast (from 30% to 100% in about half an hour). At the current price, one cannot ask for more, and I am a demanding user. The design of the device is nice. There are no "fancy" embellishments; the cameras are flush with the back of the device. I spent a long time choosing a successor to the POCO X3 Pro and so far I cannot say a negative word. Although the only downside may be the lack of a slot for an SD memory card. There is only a double sided slot for Dual SIM. Therefore, I recommend choosing the 256 GB storage version right away. The set includes everything: cable, charger, case, even a film on the screen. Overall 8.5/10

The smartphone is definitely worth recommending. Smooth operation without any stuttering, there is nothing to complain about regarding the display, and small bezels ensure it does not look bulky despite the 6.67 inches. The camera might not be for advanced photographers, but it is completely sufficient for an average user. In my opinion, the battery could be more durable, but it is not bad. The 3.5 mm jack and the infrared port are also advantages.

I have owned the Poco F5 for a few days, but I can already say quite a bit about it. In my opinion, the phone is pleasant but unremarkable. Honestly, for this amount of money, I expected a wow effect, especially regarding the AMOLED screen, which supposedly has 67 trillion colors. The screen is probably what disappointed me the most; I switched from a Redmi Note 8 Pro and do not notice a difference. I even have the impression that the screen in the RN8pro is better, brighter, and renders colors more effectively when the vivid color option is set in both cases. The next matter is the processor, which also appears impressive on paper, but in reality, I again do not feel a difference between the Poco and the Redmi. My Xiaomi still works smoothly after 3 years without system freezes (which are sporadic), just like the new Poco, which after all has much better components. Thus, the Redmi is again not inferior to it in any way. The only differences in favor of the Poco are the larger ROM and RAM, fast charging, and a battery that lasts 1.5 days under more intensive use. Regarding the quality of the speakers, it is difficult for me to say, as the Poco has stereo and there is a different effect in the listening experience. Among the things that irritate me: the lack of notifications via an LED or in another manner. There is supposedly an option for notifications via animations, but it is either a short effect immediately after receiving a notification, or one must have the always on display active. Regarding the design, it is standard and does not stand out in any particular way (the Realme 11 pro is certainly much more attractive), but it fits well in the hand and its weight is a positive feature. In summary, is the phone worth its price? Absolutely not; the price is excessively high; at most, it is worth a very generous 1500. The screen is the greatest disappointment for me because, despite having such internal components, it does not utilize their potential at all; perhaps this is a matter of updates. Ultimately, I give it a 7/10. Someone might disagree with me regarding the final rating, but I took my Redmi Note 8 Pro as a starting point, which apparently was very far ahead of its time, and although on paper it has inferior components, it remains vastly superior to many new phones. If it were not for the fact that Xiaomi no longer offers system and security updates, I certainly would not have replaced it, as there is such stagnation in the smartphone market that manufacturers have begun to demand high prices for barely visible improvements. Unfortunately, the price absolutely does not correspond with the quality.

Hello, I have been a user of the POCO F5 8/256 version for several months. At the beginning, I would like to say that I am surprised by the opinions of people who bought the phone for 1800 PLN and complain that the phone does not behave like a flagship and, for example, is not ultra-super fast, the speakers are not good enough, the screen brightness is too low, there is no IP68, etc. If someone requires a super flagship phone, they should spend 5000 PLN and then the phone will meet their requirements. When deciding on a budget phone, you have to accept that it will not be perfect and will not have everything. However, for this price, the phone fulfills its role.

The phone really does not stutter, it does not lag, it works smoothly, and the software overlay also performs well. Of course, it will not have the speed of a flagship, but it still works really fast. Applications open quickly and efficiently. The speakers also work correctly and are loud enough. I really wonder what someone's requirements are that these speakers do not suit them. The same situation with the screen, I do not know what someone expects. The brightness is at a sufficient level, generally the screen is very good, nice, and pleasing to the eye. The battery is also sufficient. The camera is decent. Something that not everyone pays attention to is the vibrations. They are very good, certainly different in a positive sense of the word.

In summary, the phone is very decent; after several months of normal use, I have not found any glaring flaws. To be honest, I have not found any flaws at all. I do not know why that is, probably because of rational requirements considering the price. In this day and age, 1800 PLN is certainly not a lot.

A good screen, pleasant vibrations, and high fluidity make using the phone really enjoyable. I was even surprised by how much I enjoy using this phone. For this price, it has what is needed.

I have had the POCO in the 12/256 version for over a month. I switched from the Honor 8x. Generally, I am no longer enthusiastic about changing phones frequently; I wanted something better, more powerful, with a better camera. I do not take thousands of photos, so the POCO fulfills its purpose. And that is about it. For me, the first impression was terrible. A low-quality Chinese product, you can feel it when holding the phone. I will add that it is not too large, it is comfortable to hold and quite light. Fortunately, they included a case and a powerful charger, because the battery lasts for 1 day with normal use, and half a day when browsing Instagram. After turning it on, I could not find my way around; there were many unnecessary applications (most can be deleted). A cleaner option that, in my opinion, does nothing. For me, the display is quite weak in the sun; it is visible, but the quality is not great. The camera is okay and will meet the modest expectations of amateurs. However, the speaker is another disadvantage. There is an option called "Dolby Atmos" and then the second speaker at the top works; overall, it is quite a quiet phone. I was negatively surprised here. There is not much to evaluate; it rarely lags, generally works quickly, makes calls, plays music, and takes photos. It is not worth 2,000 (I bought it on the Mi website in white); it is better to look on other websites. I evaluate it positively because I have already gotten used to it, but I had a problem with transferring data and many settings. I have not had any Xiaomi before, so the entire interface and additions look cheap and of poor quality. Oh, the ringtones are terrible. In a store, I do not know that my phone is ringing; it has vibrations, and those are actually pleasant. I think this equipment will not last longer than 2 years.

I was looking for a relatively recent mid range model from the middle price bracket with a powerful processor (to feel the difference in operating speed compared to a mid range phone from a few years ago), with an AMOLED display - and I cared about the audio jack, which this model has. I was not disappointed; the phone was purchased in July 2024, and its premiere was less than a year ago. The price has already dropped to about 1600-1700 PLN and in this range, or even slightly higher, it will be a great purchase. The screen is indeed the main advantage, plus a very efficient and fast processor, the system works very quickly and efficiently, very fast charging and an efficient battery; even the camera (main lens), which was rated low in reviews, surprised me positively because I expected something of very poor quality. It is a fact that the front lens for selfies and the macro lens are average at best. I play games on the phone occasionally and not much, but when I launched some demanding games, the result was very positive. It is known that a year after the premiere of a phone with parameters somewhat similar to the flagships of that time is a long period of time, and probably without an audio jack, one could already find something with slightly better internal components at a similar or slightly higher price, but I am not complaining, and I can even recommend the POCO F5 to those who are undecided; if we are talking about a relatively budget friendly phone, it should not be compared to this year's flagships, which are on average x2 more expensive. To summarize, a fast processor + 12 GB RAM, smooth system operation, and a good screen perform their job very well!

The phone is simply sensational! For 30% of the price, we get 80% of flagship capabilities. At this price, Poco F5 has practically no comparable competition. I bought it immediately on sale for 1800 zł. Fast, consistent, responsive, reacts very well, fits perfectly in the hand and is very light, very good brightness—everything is visible in full sun. The battery lasts two days and charges very quickly. No problems with connecting headphones and other Bluetooth devices, GPS and everything works almost instantly. It also has a mini jack connector which makes it very easy to connect professional headphones as well. Photos turn out very well, with good dynamic range and detail; even the night shots are very good for this class of equipment. My Poco F5 also has excellent hybrid video stabilization; it is outstanding. It performs much better than my husband's iPhone. My F5 has already been submerged in the Baltic Sea; there were no problems, and that was a month ago, so it seems IP53 was sufficient. The only two downsides that irritate me are that the back of my black model shows fingerprints significantly and there is no option to add a memory card. I recommend choosing the white model, as it is less noticeable then. The Poco F5 phone is a worthy successor to the Redmi Note 8 Pro and the later, also excellent, Poco F3. At its price of 1800 zł, I rate it 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to everyone.

I have had this phone for over a month now. I would not buy it again. It is certainly very efficient and fast, but that does not matter if it malfunctions during every attempt to connect with other devices. While my reliable Samsung connected without any problems via Bluetooth or cable to the car, other phones, and Bluetooth speakers, this one displays errors. The second issue is the impossibly small icons on the status bar at the top, which are impossible to read unless the phone is held extremely close to the face. This cannot be changed other than by lowering the screen resolution... When I minimize an application and later return to it, there is no sound and it must be restarted. Also, there are those irritating notifications from system applications that cannot be disabled... You want to focus on work, and then the phone buzzes with a notification. It turns out that Digital Wellbeing is sending notifications to introduce the "focus mode" feature. One could not invent a greater irony, and there are more notifications like that. If you are choosing between this and something from a more respected brand... choose the other one.

Before I bought the Poco F5, I had a short experience with the Poco x6 Pro 5g and an even shorter one with the Samsung a54 5g. I used the Poco x6 pro for 2 months... A nice phone and... that is all. From the beginning, there was a problem with Gmail notifications and the fingerprint reader built into the screen. It was an extremely difficult experience; it was hard to unlock... Emails did not arrive in Gmail. I became very frustrated, sold it, and bought the Samsung a54 with the thought that I would use it longer, but it turned out to be even worse than the poco x6 pro... The LTE and Wi-Fi reception was extremely poor. Where I had reception on the Realme 6 pro, the a54 had none at all. I decided to choose the poco f5 with a Snapdragon and it was the perfect choice. The Wi-Fi and LTE reception is excellent, and the battery as well as the screen are extraordinary... The camera is good :)

I do not know what the authors mean by giving negative ratings, claiming that the phone is of poor quality, that it freezes, and so on. I have the 16 GB RAM/1 TB version, only it is the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, and I will say that the phone performs very well and is extremely fast without any freezing. It is a fact that the speakers are not like those in a flagship device, but I personally installed Magisk and a Dolby module, and the speakers are much louder. For those who do not want to spend a lot of money but want to buy a really good phone at a reasonable price, I can certainly recommend it. I was personally concerned about the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 because I only use flagship devices, but it does not differ much from my primary Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 "SGS23".
