Description

Released in the second quarter of 2024, this smartphone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen is HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certified, has three TÜV Rheinland certifications, and reaches a peak brightness of 4,000 nits. It also supports Wet Touch technology. High-quality audio is delivered through stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio certification and Dolby Atmos technology. At its heart is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset running Android 14, available in 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB, or 16/1 TB configurations. This hardware powers the WildBoost 3.0 optimization. Internally, the device utilizes LiquidCool 4.0 cooling technology with the IceLoop system. The 5,000 mAh battery comes with a 120W charger included in the box, allowing for a 0 to 100% charge in approximately 19 minutes. The POCO F6 is equipped with a triple rear camera system: a 50 Mpx main lens with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 Mpx ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 Mpx macro lens. A 16 Mpx portrait camera is integrated into the front display. The smartphone records video at a maximum resolution of 8K at 24 fps. If someone cares about WiFi 6e (6GHz), it is currently not working. I checked on my router and, for example, the Xiaomi 12 pro connects without any issues. However, this POCO F6 Pro does not connect at all. Furthermore, if one uses a single SSID for all bands, it also failed to connect. In the detailed WiFi data, it is written "network selection temporary disabled". Changing regions, performing resets, and clearing settings does not help. My version is 1.0.3.0.
