Everyone, do you know what ADB is? Without obtaining root access, you can, thanks to applications that require ADB permissions, uninstall everything you want, and applications with advertisements always have the option to disable them in the settings. I am testing it for now.

Honestly for it's price its a very compelling phone. Love the design and the new hyperos. Can't say I have any complaints yet I've only had it for a week after all. I have a single complaint and that's totally my preference and does not hinder the functionality of the phone whatsoever. And it's the fact the power button and the volume buttons are on the same side. I wish the volume buttons were on the left side of the phone but honestly, I'm just nitpicking. Other than the fact of the buttons. The POCO X6 Pro definitely is a great value and well made. The performance is great as well and I can't say much for the camera for its price but you can tell it's on the budget quality. Even though for its price I can't complain nor really care about the camera.
When it comes to the OS's efficiency of power saving and the fact that the phone has fast charging. You won't have to worry about charge at all.

I do not recommend this device; despite it being advertised as ultra-efficient and a good phone for years, I do not agree with that. I have had this phone for 1.5 years, bought new, it worked normally but after about 8 months the battery started to have irregularities which caused a drastic drop in the battery level, most often from around 20% to 0 during the day in about 20 minutes and at night even when the phone is turned off from a level of about 70% to just a few percent which should be a signal for many that something is wrong. I submitted it for a warranty claim, the identified cause was the motherboard, they replaced it, the problem persisted, then a 2nd warranty claim, they replaced the battery and there was peace for 6 months until the same situation occurred again, I am not sending it back anymore because it will be a repetitive cycle, but that is not all of its flaws, now I am referring to the screen, the screen without physical damage can register touches by itself in random places or loses touch in certain areas which is also annoying, these are the significant defects discovered so far and now the rest: the screen, if not for the incidents, is a bright readable amoled with 120hz refresh, although now the information about 120hz should not be surprising I will mention it, the build quality is poor (yellow color) the frame is made with a feeling of cheap plastic where dents appear unnoticed, the back is made of pleasant plastic with an eco-leather texture, but be careful, over time the plastic on the sides begins to turn green or gray, after the warranty claim I do not know if it is from the lack of professionalism of the service or the quality of the material, a piece of plastic at the upper part where the bend is started to detach from the housing, as for water resistance it rather does not exist because it is likely the fault of the service that after the warranty claim it was returned with a partially unglued back housing which to minimize you have to press down every certain interval of time. Cameras: the cameras are very mediocre in automatic mode, blurring is visible in a static image, but in the main lens which I am writing about now there is optical stabilization which supposedly should prevent this but yet it does not, the ultra-wide lens takes photos with a wider field of view but in photos a flare effect is often encountered when there is a more intense light source, it records only in 1080p 30fps, the macro lens is more of a toy than a useful element, photos are of low quality and it is often better to take a photo with the main lens than macro, the selfie camera is weak, photos of the face often come out with a blurred effect on the face, few details and noise in photos, there is no 4k recording only 1080p at 60fps, as for performance it is not bad here but in daily use it is little noticeable for normal operation and not worth sacrificing something else for the sake of performance, thermals: the phone likes to be warm often, not hot, especially if one does several things at once or during gaming in demanding titles, and for example now while writing this review, the advantage is that the heat spreads over the entire housing and not in one point, ram memory: I recommend the 12gb version because on an open browser about 6gb is occupied (I have the 12gb version android 15) internal memory: a sensible option will be 512gb because 8/256 may not be enough if there is also such ram usage as in the 12gb version, there is a plus for its speed because it really is fast, applications install very quickly, files transfer between the phone as well. as for the system: initially the system has advertisements but one can get rid of them by using a dns which blocks them, at the start many games and applications are installed which can be removed, the battery usually on 4g works about 4-5 hours, there were days where it was around 6 to 7 hours but without the occurrence of this battery irregularity which lately is intensifying again, summarizing if someone has little need for stability and wants to struggle I recommend it, but if someone wants a normal phone this is not the way, many more interesting devices can be found currently.

Switching from Poco X3 PRO. I read a lot about this phone and bought it. I have owned it for 5 months now and here is my opinion. I have the 12/512 version in yellow.

Ads: They are present but only in system applications that I do not use.
Therefore, they are not a problem for me, but at the same time, I understand the indignation of others.

System: I have the latest (as of 23/07/24) version of HyperOS 1.0.9 GLOBAL
A disadvantage for me at the beginning was the removal of the names of the toggle icons.
It is probably possible to restore them, but I have become accustomed to it. Another disadvantage is the change in the location of some settings and the disabling of the graphic equalizer along with the disabling of the Dolby Atmos option. I will not examine the correctness of this decision...
As for the advantages, it is certainly the smoothness of the system, no freezes, and no problems with configuring anything.

Battery: A small disadvantage is also the battery; the Poco X3 PRO lasted longer, but it also had 500mah more. And the difference is about 1/3h, so it is not a tragedy.
On the positive side is definitely the fast charging, which has saved me many times when I did not have much time and suddenly had to leave.

Camera: It does not take the most beautiful photos and sometimes HDR combined with AI overdoes the saturation, but overall I am satisfied with the photos that the phone takes. Regarding recording, I have no objections. It does not lose focus as much compared to the x3 PRO, where it had to adjust the focus approximately every 10 seconds. I also do not understand why they include a macro lens everywhere, but it will probably be useful "very rarely" :P

Screen: To be honest, I liked this few-second AOD. But someone accustomed to Samsung or other phones where "always" actually means "always" might not find this "functionality" very good. This phone was my first with Amoled on board and I am very satisfied with this screen. Perhaps sometimes the brightness is a bit too low, but that often happens during the summer. Shading it with my hand helps xD

Back: I noticed that the edges of this synthetic leather are turning dark. I have no idea if this is a factory defect, and I have not found a similar problem on the internet. So something might have happened during production and I happened to receive this phone. The back is covered by the factory protective case, so it is not visually bothersome. And even if I take it off, it looks nice.

Switching from Mi 8 6/64 after 5 years. Unfortunately, technology has a tendency to age very quickly. While this does not apply to the Snapdragon 845 from the Mi 8, it certainly applies to the cameras; the problem was persistent blurring and difficulty with focusing. I bought the POCO X6 Pro for 1899, although I see now that they are on sale. So far I do not see any downsides ;) I have the eco-leather version; apparently the plastic ones attract fingerprints, but there is no fear of breaking it. Besides, who does not carry a phone in a case these days? Until mine arrives from AliExpress, I am using the one included in the set, so that is also a plus :) I am very pleased with the stereo speakers, the tone is fine, there is a lot of midrange and the system equalizer also works without headphones, so that is great. Performance was my first priority, even though I play games very sporadically, but the power reserve should last at least as long as I had the Mi 8. In this regard, I have nothing to complain about. The cameras are fine; for taking professional photos I have a mirrorless camera, but the focus is there, it is not blurry in the corners, so it is good. The fingerprint reader is also great, although I was used to the one on the back. Support for 5G makes it truly a phone for years if someone does not treat the equipment harshly. I am satisfied.

Switching from POCO X3.
The phone is not the worst, but honestly, I expected it to be better. I am used to the system overlay, so I will not judge it, as in daily use it does not differ significantly from what was in the x3.
The smoothness of operation is quite good, although sometimes pages in the browser take a long time to load (but perhaps it is the fault of the internet).
Battery - a disadvantage here. I have tried probably all the options to extend the operating time without charging, but a day and a half is still the maximum. On the x3, with the same usage, it lasted two days easily, and that was without those tricks to extend operating time from tutorials.
The biggest disadvantage is video recording. Optical stabilization, really? I have no comparison with other phones with optical stabilization, but if it looks like this everywhere, it is not worth it. The image shakes very noticeably when recording while walking. It looked better on the x3, although there was no optical stabilization there.
I had very positive impressions from using the x3, so I decided to trust the newer model and I was probably too enthusiastic that it would be even better, given that it is a newer smartphone, but now I regret that I did not wait those 2 months and try the x7.

emil1993

The phone has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is the performance; the MediaTek 8300 Ultra performs adequately, I even launched a Switch emulator and it managed; I noticed practically over a two-fold jump in performance compared to the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom, which had a Snapdragon 855. So it is between Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, if someone is thinking about running PC games through Windrast, they will be surprised because it unfortunately works worse. The creators of the emulator do not like these processors: it can be launched and that is all. The rest of the emulators work very well. As for fluidity, it is fine. There are no ads if one does not accept anything without consideration. Regarding the battery, it is average, there is no tragedy, but it could be better; I certainly would not use the 120 Hz option. Unfortunately, I was most disappointed by the camera, it is of poor quality, it will take photos and that is all. Another thing is the poor display. It is no longer about brightness, but about colors. What does it matter that it is an AMOLED, the colors are worse than in the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom - a 5-year-old smartphone. They more closely resemble a good IPS. Themes are mostly paid, just like the fonts.

Overrated smartphone! It works just like an ordinary mid-range device and that is the end of the pros! Let us move to the disadvantages: an excessively large number of pre-installed, unnecessary applications and games. An increased number of advertisements (spam) built into the system overlay to the extent that even using the MUSIC application becomes burdensome. The smartphone is unable to handle RAM occupancy management and despite 12 GB of RAM, it often does not load data into applications correctly unless we use the CLEANER application! Finally, an interesting fact: the protective film is most likely of a different type than the one from Redmi Note 10, 11 pro etc - meaning: much worse, because the phenomenon of static electricity is much stronger than in the aforementioned smartphones! It constantly attracts dust and is more "rough". I had the opportunity to test the Samsung S23 ULTRA recently and I was shocked. I know that it is not the same class, but there is a huge gap between these smartphones!!! I do not recommend it because of the intrusive advertisements!!!

I have been using Xiaomi phones for a long time; previously, I had the Redmi Note 4G and Redmi Note 4X. This one is the best of them all, although it was also slightly more expensive. Contrary to what some people have written here, there is no problem with advertisements. Part of the configuration was transferred from my previous phone, so I did not have ads right away, and I could also disable some of them during the initial phone setup.

It is very nice that a screen protector and a case were included in the original set before I bought my own, so the phone will not be accidentally damaged before putting them on (that happened with my first Xiaomi XD).

I bought the yellow version, and even though it is in a case, the phone itself looks very nice. It gets slightly warm under heavy load, but it does not affect the comfort of use; my first Xiaomi was burning hot and at times the screen would not work :D.

The 4G itself works great, and I have the 5G version, so I am just waiting to test it once my new SIM card arrives from the provider.

Where to start???? A failure and disappointment!!!! Continuing my adventure with the POCO brand, I decided to choose this supposed model ....."pro". I am very disappointed .... Right from the beginning, there was a problem with the Gmail application where notifications of new emails did not arrive and they still do not arrive despite the update. The fingerprint reader in the screen is of very poor quality, on sunny days it is even unbearable, it is very difficult to unlock the phone in such conditions. Signal... Even in this matter it is poor compared to my previous Realme 6pro, the signal is very weak, there is a problem with switching between antennas, frequency. Camera? Well..... In a pro model it should be good, and it is average. It certainly takes better photos with the Gcam application than with the original application. The screen is nice but I prefer IPS, charging is excellent and fast. Bluetooth works correctly, as does the wifi. I also have no complaints about the built-in speakers, they play loudly and clearly.
