Browsing Monday's news from the world I came across an interesting news from Hong Kong. One of the local hotels provides its guests with a smartphone with free Internet access and the possibility of free calling to certain countries.
Arriving at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui a guest receives a disposable phone, which is free of charge during the stay. A phone gives you free access to the Internet with tethering option also allows free phone calls in the territory of Hong Kong and abroad - the U.S., Britain, Australia, China and Singapore. Perhaps these are precisely the countries where most guests of this hotel come from... The smartphone is quite interestingly prepared. It has a simplified user interface with applications to facilitate getting around Hong Kong. Besides the possibility to easily search for local most needed information, the guest can use Facebook, Instagram, Skype and Google services. Just log in... And leaving the hotel erase the phone using a special key. It's easy, fast and convenient. Unfortunately, on the hotel site I was not able to find more information about the product. The equipment looks as simple, android terminal equipped with a dedicated overlay interface. I realize that most of you are probably not going to that hotel, but I considered the information worthy of publication. Oh, such a little curiosity from the world... I also secretly hope that over time more and more hotels will introduce such a service for their guests – will you admit that the idea is interesting and practical...?
