Apple Keynote minute by minute

The room is slowly filled with guests - and punctually at 7.00PM our time it begins! And properly: it should start, because as of now we see the control image. Has the connectivity failed?

It seems that there are serious problems with the online message live. The image tears, the sound fades... Still, I will try to tell you what you can hear in the Flint Center. Apparently Tim Cook speaks... Unfortunately, the live transmission does not work :(

And here we have... the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus!

Phil Schiller leads the further presentation. The new iPhone is slim. The smaller is 6.9, and Plus - 7.1 mm thick. The screens' diagonals are 4.7 and 5.5 inches, and resolution: 1334x750 and 1920x1080 pixels. The iPhone 6 Plus has 185% more pixels than 5S. There is also a major change in the interface mode: a landscape mode, well-known users of Android;)

In the middle of the iPhone 6 there is working a new Apple A8 chip. It is 64-bit, contains 2 billion transistors, but it's a 13 percent smaller chip than the A7. The A8 chip has up to 25% faster processing power and up to 50% faster graphics. While discussing the graphic appears the Polish accent: CD logo design. And of course the presentation capabilities of the new system. Apparently impressive - but without the live broadcast we have to believe the word.

The following slides refer to the battery performance and an additional motion coprocessor that continuously measures motion data from the accelerometer, gyroscope, and compass. Additional chip can be applied for example in fitness-training applications. In the meantime, the live transmission returned. With the Japanese speaker! Apple, what happens?!

We continue the presentation, we learned that the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus support 20 LTE bands as well as the technology Voice-over-LTE and Wi-Fi. In other words - you can make voice communication via the data transfer.

Now onto camera. As usually impressive.... This time we have a dedicated image signal processor and technology "Focus Pixels" for quicker focusing that light and better level of detail. The camera has 8 megapixels, with a pixel size of 1.5 microns, f/2.2 aperture, and a two-color LED.

The camera has optical image stabilization, can record 43-megapixel panoramas and FullHD video at 30 or 60 frames/sec. There is also a save option in slow motion: 120 and 240 frames/s. Changes also affected the front camera. Now Selfie will be even more beautiful. The camera has an improved face detection, the burst selfie mode and can do HDR in one shot. The camera has a lens f/2.2 and collects 81% more light than before. Filming - in HD.

The new iPhones come on the market with iOS 8. The new system brings, among others, a new health application, an improved notification system, and the ability to dictate the message. Applications can communicate with each other and use the biometric scanner. The system will be available from September 17 for iPhone 4S and newer Apple devices.

There are three colour versions. Finally, we also know the price. iPhone 6 from $ 199 for 16 GB, then 299 and 399 for the 32 and 64 GB. iPhone 6 Plus - $ 299 for 16 GB, $ 399 for $ 64, $ 499 for 128 GB, of course, with two-year contracts. This naturally applies to the USA market. In the offer there is also the iPhone 5C (free) and 5S - for $ 99, of course, still we're talking about operator offers. From the list falls out iPhone 5 and 4S. Deliveries from September 19, presale - from 12. By the end of the year new iPhones will go to 114 countries.

The new iPhone also features NFC module and its own payment system. Assigning a new card to the phone is easy, and the whole is to be safe. The payment shall be made without the card number, but only with a dynamic security code. You can also suspend payments from that device if it's lost or stolen, so there's no need to cancel your credit card. Apple ensures that it will not capture any information regarding purchases. At the beginning the system will handle the cards American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Apple Pay System can also pay on-line. For now, at selected stores and only in the USA - but it will change.

And another thing... Apple Watch!!!
A standing ovation! Watch Apple is a squarish device with a metal band, home button and a rotating dial on the right side, and the version covered with real gold!

The watch has a wide customization possibilities, it is waterproof, and it has a heart rate monitor and an interesting, wireless charger. There is an original interface and the possibility of direct communication between watches - for example, to send graphics. The screen coated with sapphire glass reacts to the strength of the touch, and the menu navigation it easy thanks to Digital Crown. The Watch gives you the access to the contents of the iPhone: displays notifications, news, maps, photos... counts steps, allows you to control music playback - but amazingly it can also act as an ordinary timer, a stopwatch, time switch, etc.

Apple Watches will be available in two sizes: for women and men! There will be variety of elegant ones, but also sports ones. Apple boasts with an innovative solution with a system of interchangeable bracelets.

Apple will allow independent developers to create applications for the watch. There is already an application for managing the BMW cars, in Starwood hotels in the USA the watch can replace the key... it will be interesting. The Apple Watch also has a built-in walkie-talkie, and may also act as an external monitor and trigger the camera shutter in the iPhone.

The Apple Watch will work with the iPhone 5 and later models, and its price will start from $ 350. On sale - early next year.
