The highly anticipated Motorola Moto G87 has just debuted as the top-of-the-line model in the series, alongside models at the other end of the spectrum – the Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, and Moto G47.
Motorola Moto G87
We start with the star, the Motorola Moto G87. The smartphone is indeed equipped with the first-ever Moto G, a 200-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a pixel size of 0.5 micrometers. The camera offers 2x matrix zoom, and an 8-megapixel secondary camera with an f/2.2 aperture takes wider shots. Next to it is a light sensor, and the cameras film in 2K – the rear at 60 fps, and the front at 30 fps. Speaking of cameras, it's worth noting that a 32-megapixel sensor is responsible for selfies. The camera in question sits in a punch-hole on a 6.78-inch Extreme AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor, supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of storage. The list of features also includes stereo speakers. Power is provided by a 5200 mAh battery with 30-watt charging. The smartphone is available in two colors and weighs 183 g. Its 164.58 x 77.37 x 7.38 mm housing offers IP66/68/69 water resistance and MIL-STD-810H durability. The smartphone runs Android 16 with Hello UX. The manufacturer provides 4 years of software update support (4 years of security updates and 3 subsequent versions of Android).

Motorola Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, and Moto G47
Motorola Moto G37, Motorola Moto G37 Power, and Motorola Moto G47 are triplets, but not identical. They differ in batteries, cameras, and memory. Let's start with the common features. The first is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor supported by LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 memory. The 6.67-inch LCD screens with a 120 Hz refresh rate are also identical, covered with Gorilla Glass 7i and featuring a punch-hole for the 8-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.0). Both models also have a minijack, a microSD card slot, and IP64 and MIL-STD 810H waterproofing and durability ratings. Time to see the differences. The Motorola Moto G37 is available with 4 or 8 GB of RAM and 64, 128, or 256 GB of internal storage, powered by a 5200 mAh battery, and also has a 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a light sensor. The Motorola Moto G37 Power is identical, but differs in its 7000 mAh battery with 30-watt charging and 6-watt reverse power.
