Motorola in cooperation with the US network Verizon officially unveiled the smartphone Droid Turbo. The phone has an impressive specification, but unfortunately - at least initially – it will be available exclusively in the US.
Earlier rumours confirmed: we are dealing with a real monster, based on the Snapdragon 805 2.7 GHz, supported by 3 GB of RAM. The phone has an equally impressive display of 565 ppi density ratio resulting from the use of a 5.2-inch QHD matrix, which is 1440 x 2560 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The phone will be available in a version with 32 or 64 GB memory, but without the possibility of further extension. As part of the consolation a buyer will get a 21-megapixel camera with f / 2.0 and two LED flashes arranged symmetrically on the sides.

The camera will record 4K video - so the 2.1 megapixels front camera on this background looks rather modest... It cannot be said about the battery, boasting a capacity of 3900 mAh and charging in Turbo mode – in a quarter of an hour. The icing on the cake is the styling of the phone. The housing will be offered in several colours, and in two variants: Ballistic Nylon or metalized glass fiber. Variations will vary in thickness: the first 8.3 mm and the second - 7.8 mm. Other dimensions - 73,3x143,5 mm - will be identical. The prices - depending on the version - approximately $ 200 to $ 250, while with the contract at Verizon - from 25 or 27 dollars a month for two years.
