Yesterday we learned the release date of Huawei Mate 8, and today - thanks to the GFX Bench - we know its specification. And additionally, we have another picture, heralding a change in the styling of Mate series...
Benchmark can be considered a fairly reliable source of information. Of course, we still need to come up with some caution to the information, but the key data should not be changed. Benchmark has not confirmed the earlier rumours about the high-resolution screen. Huawei still takes the view that better is the enemy of the good, and the resolution above FullHD is in the phone merely cosmetic, unnecessarily draining the battery and the power of the processor and pushing the price of the hardware up. You can agree or not with this approach, but it is difficult not call it reasonable...
And so, Mate 8 will have a 6-inch FullHD screen with an aspect ratio density of 367 ppi. No revelations, but also no reason to criticize. GFX confirmed rumours associated with the processor. Mate 8 will be equipped with eight-core Kirin 950, clocked at 2.5 GHz. This system will be supported by Mali-T880 graphics and 4GB of RAM. There will be 64 GB of internal memory, of which for the user there will remain 53 GB. So it seems that Mate 8 will be a really powerful machine.

But keep in mind that the device can also hit the market in a slightly poorer version - with 3/32 GB of memory. There is also not clear the fate of the variety DualSIM - Benchmark mentions a SIM card slot, but yesterday we saw a photo of a double tray for the cards - and once again we return to the theme of different versions of the smartphone. Let's not exclude that will be among them DualSIM - for example, only available with one memory configuration.
Benchmark also showed the presence of two cameras, 16- and 8-megapixels, also mentioned modules Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and NFC and a full set of sensors. More good news relates to a system - as you can see, the phone is expected to debut with Android 6.0 on board. Of course there will be also the corporate overlay EMUI.

And styling? Here, we still cannot prejudge anything, but the last image of the phone in a camouflage cover, indicates that the styling of the rear wall was changed - cameras and a biometric scanner will be integrated in circles rather than squares, as so far. The rest we'll find out on release - let us remember - November 26.
