Admittedly, we were already at the press conference with a presentation of the new flagship Gionee smartphone, but a visit to this Chinese producer is always a pleasure. Gionee S8 up close looks really promising.
Their phones are also known in Europe, only under different names. Gionee does not sell its smartphones in Europe directly, but a lot so called b-brands distribute their devices under its own brands such as, Allview or myPhone.

Gionee S8 from the hardware offers a force-touch, which allows the use of a variable force to operate the smartphone. From the software side among others the operation mode for a child, a video editor, a slightly improved interpolation of pictures and a lot of other functions. Will I change the smartphone which I'm using now for it? Not necessarily, but Gionee S8 certainly stands out among other identical smartphones present in stores. The Chinese have ideas for brand development and consistently implement them, and a force-touch for the moment will surely be available on all devices.
Warning! Video strongly flashes. We can do little in terms of fluorescent light.
Gionee S8 was not the only device on the manufacturer's stand. Gionee Marathon M5 Pro has a 6-inch AMOLED display with a FHD resolution, a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh, a pair of cameras 13 + 5 megapixels and supports VoLTE. In turn, Gionee Elife S6 is a 5.5-inch smartphone with an HD display, a battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, similar to Marathon pair of cameras and also supports VoLTE.
