Evan Blass, known as @evleaks, has published a high quality render, featuring Nokia 8 - the upcoming flagship from HMD Global.
Evan Blass is quite a reliable source and the render he presented is of high quality. Actually, one can risk saying that it comes from the official manufacturer's resources. Blass showed first a part of the photo showing the camera module. The camera has a double lens, a bicolour LED, and a mask, under which there is probably a laser sensor autofocus. The most interesting, however, is that the Zeiss logo on the camera grille, which corresponds to the recently published HMD announcement.

A few hours later, Blass introduced the whole picture where we had the front and back of the phone. It looks like Nokia 8 will get a polycarbonate casing with a fairly simple styling. The phone will probably be available in several colour versions. The front of the casing was covered with 2.5D glass. The display has a narrow frame along the long sides, but unfortunately there is quite a lot of space on the top and bottom. Under the screen were two sensors for navigation on the interface, and between them there was found a mechanical "home" button, which inevitably incorporated a fingerprint reader.

Blass adds that Nokia 8 is expected to have a 5.3-inch QHD display, a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4 or 6 of GB RAM, and both Zeiss cameras will have 13-megapixel matrices. The launch will be announced July 31st.
