After recent reports in which we could admire the Galaxy S20+ 5G model, the time has come for further rumours about the Galaxy S20 series smartphones. What have we learned about cameras, screen and batteries?
Galaxy S20+ 4G
Samsung Galaxy S20+, working in 4G networks, is to have an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.7 inches, quad camera: 64MP (Samsung ISOCell S5KGW2), two 12MP cameras (one of them is Sony IMX 555 - the main camera, the other Samsung ISOCell S5K2LA) and ToF camera. The camera is to provide a 3x optical zoom and 30x hybrid zoom. A 10MP camera (Sony IMX 374 sensor), the same as in the Galaxy S10/Note 10 models, supporting 4K 60fps recording was intended for selfies and video calls.
Specification of Galaxy S20+ 5G
The smartphone has recently appeared in Geekbench as SM-G986U. It boasts Android 10 (probably with the One UI 2.0 overlay), 12 GB of RAM and Snapdragon 865 (depending on the market, Exynos 990 can also be used). It is equipped with the same set of cameras as in the 4G model.
Galaxy S20
This model is to have a slightly weaker camera - without a ToF camera. Its 6.2-inch screen is Dynamic AMOLED with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Additionally there will be a 10 MP selfie camera, the ability to record in 8K from the main camera and a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh.
