According to unofficial reports, Samsung is preparing a new series of inexpensive smartphones - Galaxy F. They will be dedicated exclusively to the Indian market.
Why right there? India is a huge, dynamically developing market. Actually - according to some lists, second only to China. Unfortunately, the wealth of local citizens is not yet very high, and therefore the most popular there are budget and middle class smartphones. This is what the new Galaxy F family is supposed to be like. Models from this series are to cost between 15 and 20 thousand rupees, or $ 200-280.
Smartphones from the Samsung Galaxy F series - according to the reports of the 91mobiles website, referring to "industrial sources" - should be presented at the end of September. Unfortunately, we do not have information yet, how many models Samsung will present for the start. However, you can expect them to be close to the Galaxy M models, with a source suspecting the Galaxy F may be photo-oriented.
The model marked SM-F415F - probably Galaxy F41 - seems to be the closest to the launch. The phone appeared in the popular benchmark, where it showed the Exynos 9611 processor and 6 GB of RAM, as well as on the Samsung support page, where its manual was published. Thanks to it, we know that the SM-F415F has a droplet notch, a triple rear camera, a classic fingerprint reader as well as a minijack and USB-C, as well as a microSD card and - separately - two nanoSIM cards. We also get to know the slogan promoting the smartphone: "Full On" - meaning "Full ahead!". The smartphone also appeared in the Google Play Console, where the processor type and RAM capacity were confirmed, adding information about the display resolution - 1080 x 2340 px, i.e. Full HD+, which at 420 DPI gives a diagonal of about 6.1 inches.
