We know what camera Google Pixel 6 will get

Samsung will have a significant share in the creation of the latest Google smartphone - it is responsible not only for the processor, the Exynos 5123 5G modem and probably for the display. Now it turned out that it is also for the camera.

Due to the redesigned camera module, this element of future Pixels arouses the greatest interest. Internet reports indicate that Samsung is behind the main camera sensor in the Google Pixel 6, and the said sensor is Samsung 50MP GN1. This is indicated by a snippet of code from the latest Android 12 beta 4 beta for Google Camera, which reads gn1_wide_p21, suggesting the presence of Samsung's GN1 sensor in the upcoming Google flagship.

More is not known yet, the sources only say that the standard Pixel 6 model will have two sensors, and the Pro model will have three. The launch of smartphones is expected this autumn.
