Xiaomi presented the Black Shark 4S and Black Shark 4S Pro gaming smartphones! How are the new models equipped and priced?
Xiaomi Black Shark 4S Pro
Xiaomi Black Shark 4S Pro received a flat, AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.67 inches and a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and brightness up to 1300 nits. The screen refreshes the image at a frequency of 144 Hz, and the touch panel has a sampling rate of up to 720 Hz. The heart of the smartphone was Snapdragon 888+, supported by LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 and SSD. The power supply is provided by a 4500 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging and a charger included.

The basis of the photographic set is a 64-megapixel GW3 matrix with an f/1.79 lens, supported by an 8-megapixel wide-angle module and a 5-megapixel macro camera. Selfie is provided by a 20 Mpx camera hidden in a screen hole. The equipment is completed by, among others Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, NFC, WiFi6 and additional triggers on the side of the housing. For now, the phone is offered in two memory variants and two colours. The price for the model with 16+512 GB memory is 5499 yuan, or $ 855. The 12+256GB model costs 4799 yuan, or $ 745.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4S
Xiaomi Black Shark 4S is a slightly cheaper proposition, based on the Snapdragon 870, supported by LPDDR5 and UFS3.1 memory. This smartphone received the same battery and display as the Pro variant, but has a slightly inferior camera. The main 64 Mpx matrix has given way to its 48-megapixel counterpart. The other modules are the same. There will be two colors and three memory versions to choose from: 8 + 128, 12 + 128 and 12 + 256 GB. The prices are respectively: 2,699, 2,999 and 3,299 yuan, i.e. 419, 466 and 512 USD. This model is also offered in the Gundam 12 + 256 GB themed edition for 3499 yuan, or $ 544.
