According to the manufacturer's information, the Realme V23 model has a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB internal memory. There is also virtual RAM. The smartphone received a 6.58-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution, as well as a 90 Hz refresh rate. The screen has a droplet notch for an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
