Oppo A77 5G - a repeat of the old model

It's been 5 years since the launch of the Oppo A77 model - the manufacturer has therefore prepared its refreshed version - Oppo A77 5G. How is it presented?

Of course, everything except the name was updated. The new model has a modern, matte and flat back with two large lenses, but the front has a slightly less fashionable, droplet notch in a 6.56-inch HD+ screen with 90 Hz refresh. So we immediately see that we are talking about a rather inexpensive smartphone... The screen is of course made in LCD technology, but it has a good brightness - 600 nits - and covers the full DCI-P3 color palette. The mentioned notch hides an 8-megapixel selfie camera, which is a surprise, because the predecessor from 2017 had 16 Mpx there ... Of course, it is better on the back, because we have a double camera with 48 and 2 Mpx matrices.

Oppo A77 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, supported by 6 GB of RAM, which can be virtually enlarged by 5 GB. In turn, the internal memory of 128 GB can be expanded with a microSD card. The smartphone powers a 5000 mAh battery that can be charged in less than 70 minutes with a 33-watt charger. Of course, the smartphone has NFC as well as stereo speakers. The housing offers protection against accidental wetting at the IPX4 level, as well as high scratch resistance. It is offered in Ocean Blue and Midnight Black. The smartphone debuted in Thailand, where its price starts at 10,000 baths, or $ 290.
