Apple extends the Self Service Repair program to new devices. Now it will be possible to repair smartphones from the iPhone 14 series yourself!
Apple has announced, that it extends the Self Service Repair program, enabling device users to make simple, self-repairs. The program was expanded in the US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Poland and Italy. You will now be able to repair smartphones yourself iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, as well as MacBook Air M2 13" and MacBook Pro M2 14" and 16" laptops. The program has also been extended to include the possibility of self-repair of the front camera and speakers in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series smartphones. In addition, Apple has provided users of the self-repair program with a tool allowing you to verify the originality of individual components of your smartphone, as well as the correctness of their operation after self-repair.
