Xiaomi has just presented its new inexpensive tablet. Now we know the official specification and price of Redmi Pad SE in global distribution.
The new device has a lot in common with the first Redmi Pad we reviewed. Its display is slightly larger, at 11 inches, but otherwise looks familiar - it's an LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200, 90 Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor accompanied by 128 GB of internal memory (expandable by 1 TB using a microSD card) and operational memory in three variants - 4 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB. The role of the operating system is Android 13 with the MIUI Pad 14 interface.
Redmi Pad SE is also equipped with a battery with a capacity of 8000 mAh charging at 10 W, quad stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio and a 3.5 mm minijack connector. The 8 Mpx rear camera will be used for photos, and the 5 Mpx camera in the middle of the long edge of the screen will be suitable for video calls. The tablet will be available in purple, gray and mint color variants. Its prices in European distribution are as follows:
