The POCO brand, owned by Xiaomi, today presented new smartphones from the X6 and M6 series. Meet POCO X6, POCO X6 Pro and POCO M6 Pro!

POCO X6 Pro

The most interesting and best-equipped new product is undoubtedlyPOCO X6 Pro, which is the global equivalent of Chinese Redmi K70E. This model has a MediaTek 8300-Ultra processor with LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 memory, and is powered by a 5500 mAh battery with 90-watt charging. The smartphone has a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 2712x1220 pixels, a brightness of up to 1800 nits and a 12-bit color palette. The screen offers an image refresh rate of 120 Hz, a touch panel refresh rate of 2160 Hz, as well as PWM dimming of 1920 Hz and HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certification. A 16-megapixel camera is responsible for selfies, while on the back there is a main camera with a 64-megapixel 1/2-inch matrix and OIS optical image stabilization, supported by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The smartphone debuts with a new HyperOS interface, based on Android 14. This model was priced at $299 and $369 for the 8+256 and 12+512 GB versions.

POCO X6

The POCO X6 model has the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, but with LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 memory. The battery is also slightly weaker - but only a little - 5100 mAh, with 67 W charging. The AMLED display has a resolution of 2712x1220 pixels, brightness up to 1800 nits, 120 Hz refresh rate and a 12-bit color palette, while the selfie camera is 16-megapixel. On the back there is a main 64 Mpx photo matrix, supported by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Moisture protection is IP54, there is an under-screen fingerprint reader, an IR transmitter and stereo speakers. Prices are - 229, 249 and 289 USD for versions - 8+256, 12+256 or 12+512 GB, respectively.

POCO M6 Pro

POCO M6 Pro is based on the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra processor, supported by LPDDR4X operating memory available in 8 or 12 GB variants and UFS 2.2 internal memory with a capacity of 128 or 256 GB. The 6.67-inch AMOLED display of this smartphone has Full HD+ resolution and an image refresh rate of 120 Hz. At its top there is a droplet notch for the 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera has a 64-megapixel matrix, optical image stabilization and a lens with an f/1.8 aperture, as well as an LED diode and an additional 8 Mpx wide-angle module or a background blurring eye. There is also an under-screen fingerprint reader and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67-watt charging. This model costs $199 and $249 for variants 8+256 and 12+512 GB, respectively.
