The iQOO Neo10 and iQOO Neo10 Pro smartphones debuted in China with large batteries and powerful processors.
iQOO Neo10 and iQOO Neo10 Pro share styling, colors, and much of the specification. The smartphones have 6.78-inch AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2800x1260 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. Ultrasonic 3D fingerprint readers have been placed under the screens, and holes have been cut out at the top of the screens for 16-megapixel selfie cameras with f/2.45 apertures. The smartphones also have the same 6100 mAh batteries with 120-watt charging, as well as the Android 15 operating system with the OriginOS 5.0 interface. Both also have the same main, 50-megapixel cameras - Sony IMX921 with an f/1.88 aperture, optical image stabilization, and a 1/1.49-inch sensor.

The smartphones differ in their additional cameras. In the iQOO Neo10 model, the wide-angle camera has 8 megapixels and an f/2.2 aperture, while in the iQOO Neo10 Pro this camera is already 50-megapixel, with an f/2.0 aperture. The smartphones also have different processors. The iQOO Neo10 uses Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the iQOO Neo10 Pro uses Mediateka Dimensity 9400. The base model has LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1 memory, while the Pro has even faster operational LPDDR5X Ultra and the same UFS 4.1 as a data carrier. The equipment is complemented by stereo speakers and extensive omnidirectional antennas.
