The long-awaited affordable Realme model has officially launched. The P4R is debuting in India as the model with the "largest battery in its class."
Indeed, the P4R battery is substantial, but whether it's truly the largest in this price range, as the Flipkart slogan claims, is hard to say. In any case, we're talking about an 8,000 mAh battery that charges at 45W. The battery is said to last 7 years and provide nearly 27 hours of navigation, over 21 hours of YouTube viewing, and over 157 hours of music listening. In practice, a single charge should last for 3 days. The P4R also features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, along with LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 memory. The system is cooled by a 5300 mm² AirFlow vapor chamber and supported by the Hyper Vision+ AI system, which aids in graphics processing, increasing resolution and enabling games to be played at higher frame rates. This is because this model uses a 144 Hz display, which also achieves a brightness of up to 1200 nits, despite being made with IPS technology. The screen measures 6.81 inches diagonally, but unfortunately, only has HD+ resolution. This is a significant drawback of this device.
