Another affordable Vivo smartphone from the "Ig" series has appeared in China. What does the Vivo Y6a offer?
Vivo Y6a is supposed to be affordable but support 5G networks. It doesn't have to be exciting—and it isn't. However, it can be praised for its relatively large 7200 mAh battery. The battery charges at 44W and is expected to last for at least 1600 charging cycles, retaining 80% of its capacity, which translates to 6 years of use. The smartphone can also be praised for its high IP68/IP69 waterproof rating and the presence of an infrared transmitter. The rest is decidedly less impressive. The Vivo Y6a features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It also features a 6.75-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and 1200 nits of high brightness. It also includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel main camera, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and NFC. Android 16 with OriginOS 6 powers the operating system, and price for this model in China is 1999 yuan, or $295.
