We have already been introduced to the POCO X8s, but we are revisiting it briefly, as a "global" price list has emerged, which may provide an indication of what the device will cost in Europe.
The Poco X8s made its initial appearance a few days ago on a Far Eastern e-commerce platform, but it is only now that Poco is officially announcing it on its own website. Let’s recap what this new smartphone has to offer. The POCO X8s features a 6.35-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2656 x 1220 pixels and an LTPO refresh rate of 1–120 Hz. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and a 6330 mAh battery that supports 100W charging. It also includes 22.5W reverse charging. The device also features a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 800 camera with optical image stabilization (1/1.55", f/1.77), a 50-megapixel telephoto camera (f/2.2, 57 mm), an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/2.2), and a 20-megapixel selfie camera.

The rear cameras support 4K video recording, though limited to 30 fps, while the front camera records in Full HD at 60 fps. The smartphone's display reaches a brightness of up to 3500 nits, carries HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certifications, and features slim, 1.18 mm symmetrical bezels. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is integrated beneath the display; other features include NFC, eSIM, stereo speakers, and an IP68 ingress protection rating. The smartphone is available globally in three colors and two memory configurations—utilizing LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage—with options for 8+256 GB and 12+512 GB. Launch prices are $399 and $499, respectively.
