The mid-range Motorola device with a high-capacity battery — which had been teased previously—has now appeared on the manufacturer's official website. So... is this the official launch? What does the Motorola Moto G47 Power have to offer?
It certainly seems so, as the manufacturer has already released the full specifications and even the price for this model. The Motorola Moto G47 Power debuts with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 1 TB via a microSD card. Beyond the underwhelming amount of RAM, the smartphone features a similarly disappointing LCD screen; it offers an HD+ resolution, though it does boast a 6.67-inch diagonal and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The standout feature of this model is, of course, its battery: it has a 7000 mAh capacity, supports 30W TurboPower fast charging, and even offers 6W reverse charging.
The camera setup includes a 108-megapixel main camera with an f/1.7 aperture and 3x in-sensor zoom, a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and NFC. It boasts a robust build, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and meets both MIL-STD-810H durability standards and an IP64 ingress protection rating. The device launches with the Android 16 operating system. It measures 166.23 x 7.5 x 8.89 mm and weighs 215 g. It is available in three colors: Pantone Nautical Blue, Pantone Impenetrable, and Pantone Capri. The Motorola Moto G47 Power is priced at 339 euros. Looking at the specifications of the Motorola Moto G47 Power, one thing is clear: the days of truly affordable devices are behind us. It seems we have to get used to seeing HD+ displays and 4 GB of RAM in this price segment once again...
