I have owned the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5g for a few hours, having switched from the Mi 11 lite 5g, and I am disappointed. Wide-angle photos are blurry; on trees, it creates a blurred texture. I took several photos and they are all equally blurry. I added one photo to the gallery for this phone on mgsm; in the image, the building on the left and the Christmas tree are blurred. Performance and sound are without reservations, stabilization is fine, and the good battery is a plus. Selfies are quite pale and could have more detail. The phone is not worth its price.

I recommend using the GCam mod application. It can often work wonders with photos. Besides the application, a configuration file and a library might be needed. But it is truly worth it.

I have owned this phone for about a year and a half; I switched to it from the Note 9 Pro. Initially, I had no problems with it and was even pleasantly surprised. Definite advantages are the battery capacity, fast charging, and the large amount of memory (256 GB). When I bought it, the phone cost 1399 PLN at the Media Expert store.

After about half a year, the phone began to lag persistently, with the most significant lagging occurring in the camera application. While opening the application, even without recording or taking videos, the application can freeze to the point where the phone must be restarted. This is terribly bothersome when you need to take a photo quickly, but instead, you are left with a completely non-functional device. Another aspect is the very rapid decrease in battery efficiency; after a year, the battery lasts only 6 hours of intensive use.

Another tiring problem is the annoying manufacturer's overlay, which can display advertisements even in system applications. The system applications themselves, such as the "cleaner," seem to be malware that does more harm than good.

The quality of photos and videos in this phone, despite the supposedly better camera, is extremely poor.

If someone intends to buy this phone for a price higher than 800 PLN, I strongly advise against it, because in my opinion, that is all the phone is worth. This is just an ordinary low-end mid-range device, not a PRO model.

I am disappointed with this phone, and I am a fan of this brand, I have always bought Xiaomi. I have had several of them; before I bought this one, I was in the store to see it in person and also take a few photos, and I really liked it until I finally bought it . At home I started testing and I liked everything except the photos, it simply takes worse ones than my old 48mpx phone, well, it is a fact that indoors it takes even a bit better ones, but outdoors the disappointment was complete, trees in the distance come out white, plus artifacts in the background, tree shadows all in white and additionally the omnipresent sun flares .I transferred the photos as a record.I thought that now the processor does more of the processing and performs some magic so that the pixel size no longer matters, but from what I saw on the photos from the main camera, I was wrong, and even those 200mpx and the large lenses on the back of the camera did not help, whereas in my old phone they are the size of a match head and the detail is several times better and there is no question of flares, artifacts or discolorations on the photos .I am talking of course about the Redmi note 13 pro 5G, the one with Snapdragon 7, in terms of the camera itself I consider this model unsuccessful.

I am satisfied with this phone. The smoothness of operation is satisfying. Animation stutters occur, but not often enough to irritate me. Applications also crash rarely. A big plus for the display. The colors are saturated. The high PPI and refresh rate also contribute to a pleasant experience. The camera takes nice photos. I think you can comfortably use the X2 zoom. The X4 zoom significantly reduces photo quality. Photos taken in the evening in a well-lit urban space are attractive. At night, in night mode, they come out slightly too bright. The battery is large, but the battery performance leaves a bit to be desired. In my opinion, the phone loses battery percentage too quickly in standby mode. Regardless, at the end of the day, I usually have 40% remaining. I often manage to charge it before bed due to the fast 67W charging. In summary, I believe this is a phone worth recommending. I also think that for the price at which it was valued at launch, something better could have been purchased. However, it would not be a drastic difference.

I absolutely do not recommend it! I was the owner of the aforementioned device for 3 weeks :D The manufacturer ensures that the phone is waterproof. I read about the water and dust resistance rating IP6 or something like that... In the device description it was written that it withstands up to 30 minutes not more than one under water. I went for a bicycle ride and was caught in the rain on the way, not a downpour, but I got wet. The day after this incident I wanted to take a photo and it came out as if it were behind fog :D. It turned out that the camera lenses are fogged up, so I returned the phone for warranty. They called me and proposed a repair for which I would have to pay 2 thousand PLN because the warranty does not cover "flooding" of the phone :D I politely replied that I am indifferent to this phone and for 2 thousand I will buy a new one from some normal manufacturer... Do not buy, it is not worth it. Regards

Switching to the 13Pro after five years of using the Mi9T. The advantage of the 13Pro is certainly the operating speed of the device, the battery charging speed, and the larger internal memory. The disadvantage - protruding lenses like Hubble telescopes, which have 200MP on paper whereas the quality of these photos is average, the lack of a wow effect.
I miss a few things here that the Mi9T had
- a retractable front camera which I used only for unlocking the screen (no one can count how many opening cycles it has already performed, but it works perfectly to this day)
- screen division, meaning the display of two running applications on the screen (at one time, it was possible to display two maps, Google and Yanosik).

Therefore, nothing extraordinary; for up to 1000 PLN, I think it is acceptable, above that, it is rather not worth attention.

I switched from Redmi Note 8 Pro to this newer model and after slightly over a year of use, I can confidently say that I am not satisfied and the predecessor performed better. Ads in system applications bother me greatly, especially when I had to quickly open something from files during university classes, and in the meantime, 3 ads would turn on, where of course each one must remain for a few seconds before it can be turned off. Fingerprint unlocking fails more often than it works. The camera horribly oversaturates colors. For about a month, the phone has been notoriously freezing, everything is slowed down. The older model from this series, after over 4 years of use and being submerged in water, worked significantly better than this one after a year.

My previous Redmi 9t phone worked perfectly for 3 years, and only a fall from a height destroyed the display, but it did not render the phone non-functional. I concluded that since the 9 performed so well, I would also be satisfied with the 13. Unfortunately, that is not entirely the case. Pros for the GSM and Wi-Fi range, smoothness of operation, and also eSIM (although I have not tested it yet). Criticism for the fingerprint reader (in the old one, 100 out of 100 attempts unlocked the phone. In this one, perhaps 2 out of 10), face recognition also performs averagely. I have the impression that the battery in the 9 after three years lasted longer than the new one in the 13.

I have never had such a product of very poor quality in my life. It sends MMS messages only when it chooses to. I have already filed complaints about this item in many places. On the hotline, with the seller, and at the operator service center. And nothing; they replaced my card with a new one, they installed something new, and nothing. Apparently, I did not activate something there. So why does an MMS from an inactive phone reach one recipient but not another??? This is completely incomprehensible and a deception. Stay away from Redmi. I do not recommend it. Oh, I own two units of this low quality product, and both function the same way.
