Recently unveiled Samsung Galaxy Round didn't make such a great impression, as one would expect. For next year Samsung announces displays offering three active surfaces. We have already seen the prototypes.
Taking into consideration what Samsung showed during the January presentation in Las Vegas, we were expecting a spectacular market launches later this year, while Galaxy Round didn't even sharpen appetites. Maybe it's because apart from the rounded display it did not presented any capabilities of the new technology.
And the possibilities are still a lot, but one does not even have too much use the imagination because the manufacturer has shown its proposals in the following presentation. It is a pity that their implementation does not run a little faster.

Bloomberg reports that next year there will be curved displays for sure. They will offer three working surfaces (of course, belonging to one display's sensor), which will likely serve as an additional small displays available without opening a cover or a holster with a smartphone. It is not known whether the manufacturer will extend the offer Galaxy or Note family, or may present a new family of their products. Marketing considerations strongly suggest the latter possibility.
Samsung does not give any specific date, but the source article suggests the second half of next year. Why is it so late?
