Huawei has expanded its range of affordable smartphones with two models from Honor series. Models Honor 3X and Honor 3C use MediaTek processors and support two SIM cards. Although they won't be expensive, they have very interesting specifications.

The higher-positioned model will be Honor 3X. This is a smartphone with a 5.5-inch IPS screen with a 720p resolution. The heart of the device is octa-core 1.7GHz MT6592 processor, supported by 2 GB of RAM. Why is the screen "only" HD? The manufacturer claims that it is due to the lower power consumption and the fact that most buyers would not feel the difference coming from the use of a FullHD matrix. Well, we still need to trust the engineers and believe in a long work time of the phone, especially since these hopes enhances the capacity of a 3000 mAh battery. Honor 3X has a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel webcam on the front. An important advantage of the smartphone is also the opportunity of the dual-SIM to work in 3G on both cards (microSIM + miniSIM) at the same time. Moreover, the smartphone supports WCDMA and TD-SCDMA, automatically identifying them. It is also worth mentioning a dual-mic system for in-call noise cancellation, as well as DTS audio support. The price of this model (after conversion) is about $ 280.

Huawei Honor 3C will be a cheaper and slightly less well-equipped model. It costs the equivalent of $ 180 and features a quad-core 1.3 GHz MT6582 processor and a 5-inch LTPS HD display. There is a Sony 8-megapixel f/2.0 main camera, the front camera is the same as in Honor 3X. This model also has dual-mic noise cancellation... Unfortunately, buying this model you need to decide beforehand in which 3G networks it will be used. One version operates in WCDMA, and the second - in the TD-SCDMA. For comfort you can buy this model even in a cheaper variant, having 1 instead of 2 GB of RAM. This variety is cheaper by $ 20. All variants of the smartphone supply the batteries with a capacity of 2300 mAh. Both models are at the moment only available in China, both are equipped with a microSD card slot and controlled by Android 4.2.
