During a press conference in Singapore, Samsung officially unveiled the photographic smartphone Galaxy K Zoom. The device combines the capabilities of Galaxy smartphones with enhanced photo functions. This model is the successor of Galaxy K Zoom, but it is much smaller and more convenient than its predecessor.

In a quite slim and slender casing, referring to the style of Galaxy S5, there was closed retractable lens 24 - 240mm, F3.1-6.3, which provides a 10-fold optical zoom. Under it, there works BSI CMOS matrix with a resolution of 20.7 megapixels, assisted with OIS optical image stabilization, so that images taken in the movement or fast-moving objects are not blurred. There should also be mentioned the built-in Xenon flash, the light is brighter than LEDs light, allowing photographed images to retain natural lighting and colour. Autofocus, of course, supports the a separate LED flash.

The camera has a separate function of setting exposure and focus (Auto Exposure / Auto Focus Separation), providing a balance between light variants and sharpening or Suggest Pro mode, which gives the user 10 optimized settings for filtering. Another interesting feature is Selfie Alarm, for easy self-portraits. In turn, the function Object Tracking makes it easy to take pictures of objects in motion. Each function has a user-friendly interface, thanks to which FullHD photos and videos can be performed in any situation.

Galaxy K Zoom is the LTE terminal equipped with a 4.8-inch HD sAMOLED display and Android 4.4. A bit worrying - with these opportunities - looks a capacity of a built-in memory (8 GB) and a battery (2430 mAh). Memory can be enlarged with a microSD card, but what about the battery? Maybe my fears are somewhat exaggerated? Unfortunately, at the moment we do not know yet the price of the smartphone or the date of a launch on the market. The phone is also in a 3G version - without LTE connectivity.
