A new mid-range phone, Realme Narzo 100x 5G, debuted in India today. What does this model offer and how much does it cost?
Realme Narzo 100x 5G boasts attractive design and an 8000 mAh battery that can be charged relatively quickly at 45W. The 144 Hz display would also be praised, were it not for the fact that it measures 6.8 inches diagonally but is an LCD panel with only HD+ resolution. At this size, it's simply not appropriate... A MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor would also look good in a mid-range phone, especially when paired with LPDDR4x RAM, if only 8 GB were included – and we only have 4 or 6 GB. The internal storage, while a reasonable 128 or 256 GB, isn't the fastest – it's UFS 2.2, but as a consolation, it can be expanded using a microSD card.

Photography-wise, it's not bad for a cheaper mid-range phone, as Realme Narzo 100x 5G has an 8-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.0) and a 50-megapixel main camera (f/1.8), supported by an additional sensor, likely for background effects. The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint reader, dual SIM support, and IP65 waterproofing. It runs Android 16 with Realme UI 7. The new model measures 166.4 x 78.2 x 8.8 mm and weighs 224 grams. Two color variants and the following memory options are available in India:
