Sony Xperia T3: the slimmest 5.3-inch

Sony Mobile announces a new stylish smartphone Xperia T3. According to the manufacturer, it is the world's slimmest phone with a 5.3-inch screen. To choose from there is the version with LTE (D5103 and D5106) or only with HSPA+ (D5102).

The smartphone is made of high quality materials. The core housing is a metal frame , complemented by coloured panels available in three shades: white, black and purple. The smartphone has received a matte finish, so that should lie excellent in hands. The Triluminous HD screen with a density of 277 ppi provides good colour reproduction, while the 8-megapixel camera with Exmor RS will take successful pictures even in difficult lighting conditions.

HDR mode and SteadyShot additionally help getting sharp, perfectly saturated shots. The camera is equipped with a LED flash, autofocus and 8x digital zoom, as well as additional applications:

Social Live: lets you broadcast every precious moment as it happens live via Facebook and lets you see and share comments in real time on the phone’s screen
AR effect: allows you to add special effects to an image - sounds, animations or images
Timeshift burst: within 2 seconds will perform 31 shots, so you can choose the best shot
Creative effects: this is another set of special effects: other colours, modifying the geometry of the image, etc.

The smartphone will be available in two versions - for LTE and 3G. The varieties differ with processors: the LTE model has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 8928, while the 3G version will have a 8228 model. Both quad-core, clocked at 1.4 GHz and supported by 1 GB of RAM. It will feature a 2600 mAh battery with the Stamina mode and the phone will have 8 GB of ROM and a microSD card slot up to 32 GB. There are also NFC, DLNA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and aGPS. The phone measures 150.7x77x7 mm and weighs 148 g.
