The photos of the new Huawei smartphone hit the network. I’m still rubbing my eyes in amazement. If the photos are real, and Huawei Ascend D3 will actually look like this, there will be another court battle. Unless HTC sells their projects...
There is no need to strain eyes to observe far-reaching similarity of Ascend D3 to HTC One Max. Actually - it is difficult to point out the differences in the appearance of both models, especially when watching their backs. The Ascend battery cover visible in the picture has even a notch for a biometric scanner, which One Max boasted. The front panel, which we see probably still on the assembly line - is also similar to that of HTC... The only element that differs the two models is the outlet of the speaker at the back, not at the front. This excessive similarity makes me treat images with a high degree of disbelief, especially the render, having to show a finished Ascend. Let me be clear: I believe that this leak is a fake. I do not think that Huawei, as the third largest manufacturer of smartphones in the world, would go up to as much as verbatim copying another company's phone! Of course, there is another possibility - which I have already mentioned. Huawei could buy a design from HTC - but this version is just as incredible. For clarification we have to wait until September, because then Huawei Ascend D3 is to hit the market.
