The Oppo company unveiled an improved version of the smartphone R5. The new model R5S is as slim as its predecessor, but it received an improved specification.
Oppo R5 is one of the slimmest mobiles in the world. The new model retains the characteristic shape and it is as flat: it measures 148.9 x 74.5 x 4.85 mm. When it comes to styling, there was only slightly changed the colour of the silver housing version – it is darker. There are no changes compared to its predecessor in terms of the screen: it has 5.2 inches and a FullHD resolution. The same is also with a processor - Snapdragon 615 - but now it is supported by 3 GB of RAM. The space for data also grew - up to 32 GB. Unfortunatelly - there is still no possibility of its expansion with a card. There were also not improved cameras - we have a 13 megapixel camera on the back and 5 on the front. The same also remained the battery capacity of 2000 mAh. As you can see, the changes are cosmetic and come down primarily to improve productivity and to increase the amount of space for files. And the price? This invariably amounts to 199 euro, but the emergence of a new model means that predecessor should now noticeably cheapen.
