The Chinese, little-known company Coship has a crazy plan. This manufacturer intends to storm the US market with its graceful, though relatively expensive smartphone with Windows. Sounds ridiculous? But the Chinese have risked...
Will their plan be a success? I do not know this, although I do not suspect that the presented phone may conquer the US market. Coship Moly X1 has a quite nice, slim casing with a thickness of 6.9 mm. Available graphics suggest that the device has an attractive, narrow bezel around the screen. The drawings, however, are the work of graphic, which is why I dare to believe that the phone "live" presents probably somewhat less attractive. In the specification we can find a few bright spots. One of them may be a 5.5-inch screen with a FullHD resolution, protected by Gorilla Glass. Decently presents also 2 GB of RAM, and a standard set of cameras: 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front. The phone also has 16 GB of memory (with an option to expand to 128 GB with a microSD card), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and LTE.
It's worse that everything is powered with a not too strong battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, and the heart of the smartphone is also not very impressive quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 graphics. It would be pretty good, if not a price. In the US Amazon Coship Moly X1 is available for $ 300. In the same place - if we want the phone with Windows 10 Mobile - already for $ 550 we can buy a brand, strong Lumia 950XL, and if we search better we will find cheaper Lumias for approx. 1/3 of the Coship's price. This offer is also a bit controversial because Coship Moly X1 is not really 100 percent novelty. The phone was unveiled a few months ago, but was working on Windows Phone 8.1. But if any American wants to stand out by buying Coship, one can be sure that he will not find someone with the same smartphone soon...
