The much-anticipated Vivo Y60 has officially launched in the Chinese market. What does the new model offer?
Vivo Y60 is intended to be a relatively inexpensive smartphone, so it doesn't offer overly sophisticated specifications. However, it does support 5G and has a fairly large 6500 mAh battery, although only with 15-watt charging. It's a budget-friendly phone, so it features an IPS display with only HD+ resolution, but stretched to 6.74 inches, with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, supported by LPDDR4x and UFS 3.1 memory. The operating system is Android 16 with OriginOS 6. The smartphone is equipped with two cameras (5 megapixels on the front and 13 megapixels on the rear, both f/2.2), as well as an infrared emitter, a minijack, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The 167.4 x 77.1 x 8.39 mm housing offers IP65 water resistance and five-star SGS mechanical durability. The smartphone weighs 209g. There are three body colors and the following memory kits to choose from:
- 6+128GB - 1799 yuan, $265
- 6+256GB - 1999 yuan, $300
- 8+256GB - 2299 yuan, $340
