The Vivo company has presented its Vivo Y79 model, which is equipped with an almost 6-inch 18:9 ratio display.
Vivo Y79 follows current trends – it has a slim, metal housing and a prolonged display with rather narrow bezels. The display mentioned earlier has a 5.99-inch diagonal and a 1440x720 pixels resolution, that is HD+. The heart of the phone is Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 2GHz supported with 4GB of RAM. The internal memory has 64GB and it can be enhanced with a microSD card of up to 256GB.

Vivo Y79 received two cameras with lenses of the same aperture: f/2.0. The front one has a 24 Mpx matrix, while the back one – 16 Mpx. Vivo Y79 supports of course LTE, it has a dual-channel Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB with OTG. It is powered by a 3225 mAh battery. The smartphone is equipped with the FunTouch OS 3.0 Android interface. The device (available in four colour versions) costs 2498 yuan, which is 378 dollars.
