Xiaomi Mi 6X was officially presented in China. On selected markets it will also be known as Xiaomi Mi A2.
Xiaomi Mi 6X - in accordance with current fashion, received a display with an aspect ratio of 18: 9 - but without a notch. There are narrow frames on the sides, slightly wider margins were left at the short sides of the display. The screen has a 5.99 inch diagonal and FullHD+ resolution.

The heart of Xiaomi Mi 6X is the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, which will be supported by Adreno 512 graphics 4 or 6 GB of RAM. The phone also has 64 or 128 GB of internal memory that can be expanded with a 128 GB microSD card, but unfortunately in a hybrid slot, alternatively with DualSIM. The equipment also includes Bluetooth 5.0, dual band Wi-Fi and LTE as well as a fingerprint reader and an infrared transmitter. However, there is no minijack and NFC.

In the photographic part, we find a 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 front camera with a f/1.75 lens and a dual rear camera, with a 12-megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor and a Sony IMX376 - like the front, with f/1.75 lens. Of course, there will be artificial AI intelligence, which will take care of beautifying and choice of the settings.

Power will be provided by a 3010 mAh battery with fast Quick Charge 3.0 charging. Xiaomi Mi 6X uses the Android Oreo 8.1 system with the MIUI 9 pad. Xiaomi Mi A2 will be practically the same, but MIUI will give way to the raw version of Oreo.

The metal housing with dimensions of 158.88x75,54x7,3 mm will appear in five colours, and the weight of the phone is 166 g. The prices are - depending on the memory version:
- 4+64 GB - 1599 yuan, 254 USD.
- 6+64 GB - 1799 yuan, 285 USD.
- 6+128 GB - 1999 yuan, 317 USD.
