Samsung has decided to surprise the industry and literally just before the start of the Berlin IFA announces an important launch. Important, because we are dealing with the first 5G smartphone assigned to the middle class - Galaxy A90 5G.
As expected, Samsung Galaxy A90 5G works on the basis of the Snapdragon 855 processor, supported by 6 or 8 GB of RAM. It is controlled by Android Pie with the OneUI interface and the support for Samsung DeX, and the internal memory holds 128 GB. Interestingly, the model with less RAM has a microSD card slot, which will increase the memory by 512 GB. The Super AMOLED A90 display has a 6.7-inch diagonal, Full HD+ resolution and a droplet notch (Infinity U) for a 32-megapixel F/2.0 selfie camera. The screen also has a fingerprint reader, and the front camera supports face recognition.

Speaking of the camera, I hurry to report that the rear has three modules. The main one has 48 megapixels (F/2.0), wide angle - 8 (F/2.2), and a 5 Mpx matrix (F/2.2) is provided for blurring the background. All this powers a 4500 mAh battery with a fast 25 W quick charge. The price of Galaxy A90 5G hasn’t been determined yet, but we should know it soon after the debut of this model in Korea tomorrow. We will have to wait a little longer for this model to appear on other markets, but who knows, maybe during the IFA we will learn something more. Unofficially we are talking about the price of less than 900 thousand won, or 740 USD.
