iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro make their debut not only in the colours of BMW

The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro models were introduced in China today. Smartphones have received a lot of interesting additions... Which ones?

iQOO 9

iQOO 9 received a flat, 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with a hole for a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The screen will have an integrated fingerprint reader. The heart of the smartphone is of course the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which will be combined with 8 or 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB UFS 3.1 flash memory. There is also a special cooling system, and the power supply is provided by a battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh with fast charging with a power of 120 W. The rear camera consists of: main module 50 Mpx, tele 12 Mpx and wide-angle 13 Mpx. The first two modules are equipped with Optical Image Stabilization. Everything works under the control of Android 12 with the OriginOS interface.

iQOO 9 Pro

In iQOO 9 Pro we see a 6.78-inch screen again with a 120 Hz refresh rate, but with folded sides, 2K resolution and LTPO technology. The screen has a brightness of 1,500 nits and a contrast of 8,000,000: 1, and the touch panel is sampled at a frequency of 1,000 Hz. The processor and memory are the same as in the base model, as is the battery capacity. However, there is a possibility of wireless charging with a power of 50 W. Another, under-screen fingerprint reader was also used: it has a larger surface and scans in 3D. A 16-megapixel selfie camera was left in the screen hole, but all modules were replaced with better ones. The main one has 50 megapixels, but has a gimbal image stabilization mechanism, and the wide-angle one covers a field of view of up to 150 degrees and also has a 50 megapixel matrix. In turn, in a camera with a telephoto lens, the resolution jumps to 16 megapixels.
