Shortly after the first announcement, the new Realme C65 debuted in Vietnam. What makes this smartphone special?
Realme C65 is a smartphone on the border between the budget and mid-range segments. It will probably become famous due to its excessive similarity to Samsung's flagship models from the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series. I'd like to believe that "inspiration" wasn't intentional. On the front, we have another inspiration - the Mini Capsule 2.0 notification system appearing around the 8-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.05) is a bit too reminiscent of Dynamic Island from Apple. Everything else is typical, inexpensive Realme.
Realme C65 is based on the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, supported by 6 or 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 or 256 GB of flash memory. Both memories can be expanded - the first one virtually, the second one - with a microSD card. The LCD display boasts a diagonal of 6.67 inches and an image refresh rate of 90 Hz, but unfortunately it works in HD+ resolution. The screen brightness reaches 625 nits. On the back there is a 50-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture, supported by a background blurr and... a cover. The operating system is Android 14 with the Realme UI 5.0 interface, and everything is powered by a 5000 mAh battery charging at 45 W. The equipment also includes stereo speakers, a minijack, separate slots for two SIM cards (no hybrid), and the housing meets the requirements of the IP54 tightness certificate. Dynamic Button has also been added - the ability to assign additional functions to the power button. Realme C65 is offered in two color and three memory variants:
- 6+128 GB - 3,690,000 dong, 145 dollars
- 8+128 GB - 4,290,000 dong, 174 dollars
- 8+256 GB - 4,790,000 dong, 195 dollars
