The recently unveiled tablet Redmi Pad 2 9.7 has just been released under a new name – the POCO Pad C1.
Technically, the POCO Pad C1 is no different from the Redmi Pad 2 9.7 tablet we know from Redmi Pad 2 9.7. The only difference is that the POCO-branded device is not equipped with an LTE modem, but only Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The POCO Pad C1 features a 9.7-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2048x1280 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 600 nits of brightness, as well as a Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 processor, supported by LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 memory.

The tablet is powered by a Redmi Pad 2 9.7 7600 mAh battery with 18-watt charging, and is also equipped with stereo speakers and a mini jack. It also has cameras. The front camera is a 5-megapixel with an f/2.2 aperture and 1.12-micron pixels, while the rear camera is an 8-megapixel with an f/2.0 aperture and 1.12-micron pixels. The tablet runs HyperOS 3 based on Android 16. The device measures 226.51 x 147.97 x 7.4 mm and weighs 406 g. So far, 4+64 GB and 8+128 GB storage variants have been announced, priced at $139 and $179, respectively. Two colour options are available.
